Andy Milonakis
Alright, by now most of you have probably seen the "Super Bowl is Gay" video by Andy Milonakis, if not click the link. It classifies as hilarious to me. What's even funnier to me is that the kid in the video, Andy, has his own show on MTV now, mostly because of this video. What a great country this is. You record a video trashing one of the most beloved events in our culture and they pay you to do it some more on cable tv. What's strange about Andy's show is that most of it isn't laugh out loud funny but I can't stop watching it. You'll sit there and actually say, "That's funny" but seldom fall on the floor laughing. Anyway, the whole point of this is to wonder why I still watch the show? Is it because I expect the next segment to be hilarious, and I don't want to miss it? Is it his terrible voice-overs? Maybe his over-the-top facial expressions? I guess it's a combination of all of that along with the fact that he realizes it, and frequently makes fun of himself for the crappy production and other things. Glad I got that figured out. Link
